- We offer a personalized service to create your dream wedding dress according to your measurements, preferences and style.
- You can choose from a variety of fabrics, colors, designs and embellishments to customize your wedding dress.
- You can also request for alterations or modifications during the design communication process until you are satisfied with the final result.
- The price of the wedding dress customization depends on the complexity of the design, the materials used and the time required to complete the order.
- We require a 100% deposit before we start working on your wedding dress.
- We guarantee that your wedding dress will be delivered or ready for collection within 1 month from the date of order confirmation.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized wedding dresses, unless there is a defect or damage caused by our fault. In that case, we will repair or replace the dress at no extra cost to you.
- We provide a one-year warranty for our customized wedding dresses. If you encounter any problems with the quality or fit of the dress within one year from the date of delivery or collection, we will fix them for free. However, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or improper care of the dress.
